The Corner

The Corner is a community hub with a number of opportunities to connect with others throughout the week. Our focus is on the lonely and isolated, particularly the elderly living alone. We provide a gathering places in Merivale and St Albans for community neighbours and friends who share companionship, support, encouragement and fun. We offer our services and diverse activities in a culturally sensitive and non-judgemental manner. Come along and try out one of our groups!

The Corner St Albans meets for friendship and company over morning tea, weekly on a Wednesday from 10:30am-12:30pm, at Kohinga St Albans Community Centre, 1049 Colombo Street, St Albans. They also have a weekend group that meets from 4.00pm-5.30pm on the second Saturday of each month. Email Leigh for more info at TheCornerSt.Albans@allsouls.org.nz
